A New Zealand woman was without words becoming a simple error while sifting through your medicine cabinet.
A woman of 64-year-old made the unfortunate mistake of thinking in a container of glue was medicated cream. Wiithin minutes that she could not open the mouth, advises the Otago Daily Times.
The patient, who asked for anonymity in the media, was looking for groping in the dark for a balm apply to a fever late Thursday night, reported the Telegraph.
Glue and cream were kept in the same tray in her wardrobe, reported the Independent.
She could not get a whiff of the ointment, because your sense of smell is clouded by a cold. I knew it, I was in bed and her lips tightly sealed.
When she called the emergency services number, she could not even a word edge with the operator.
Senior Sergeant Steve Aitken said that women "sounded muzzled or possibly had a medical condition," according to the New Zealand Herald. "Only she could growl."
The glue was removed with oil of paraffin in a hospital in Dunedin, said the Independent.
