Aaron Hernandez arrives to prison after being charged with murder, denied bail (VIDEO)

Aaron Hernandez was transferred to the Bristol County House of corrections after his indictment on Wednesday. The former New England Patriots tight end was charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of 27-year-old semi-pro Odin Lloyd footballer.

The 23-year-old NFL star was taken into custody at his home in North Attleborough, mass. on Wednesday morning. Between his arrest and his indictment in Attleboro District Court, Hernández was released by the New England Patriots.

At the arraignment, Hernandez refused bail and ordered held on a first-degree murder charge and five weapons counts. Prosecutor Bill McCauley said that Hernandez "had orchestrated the crime early on," by The Associated Press. Following the indictment, Hernandez was transferred to the corrections of Bristol County House.

After the arrival of Hernandez in prison, Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson spoke with Hernandez and had addressed to the media.
